Freeview (Channel 21)

We are free to air on the Freeview DVB-S Satellite service. For information on getting Freeview, get in touch with your local TV installer.
Please note that we are NOT currently available on Freeview HD (UHF).

Sky Digital (Channel 89)

Sky digital subscribers can recieve us on 89 as part of their basic digital satellite package.

TelstraClear Digital TV (Channel 89)

We are available on via cable TV in the Wellington, Kapiti and Christchurch areas on Channel 89 as part of the basic digital TV package.

 

Freeview transmission technical information

If you want to set up Freeview yourself, here's what you'll need:

Satellite dish: generally, any size will do, pointed at Optus D1 160' East
You can use your existing Sky digital dish.

Set top box: either a genuine Freeview box or any 'unlocked' box will do

Tuning parameters: TP 12456 Horizontal, S/R 22500 3/4
